Multi-Location Agencies
One agency. Every location. One view.
Every office works in the same Mint: one book, one set of roles, one way to handle renewals and cancellations. The owner sees the whole agency, and each office gets its own numbers next to the total.
In developmentConcept screen with sample data. Office-level views are being built.
- El Paso – Montana Ave$96,240

Centralized operations
A second office shouldn’t mean a second system.
Most agencies open a branch and quietly start running two agencies: two renewal lists, two ways of doing things, and an owner who finds out at month end.
The usual way
With Mint
The usual way
Each office keeps its own renewal spreadsheet
With Mint
One book, one list of renewals and cancellations
The usual way
Month-end numbers arrive by email from each manager
With Mint
Premium by producer, carrier, line and status, counted from the same records
The usual way
Access depends on who shared which password
With Mint
Every person has their own login and a role the owner built
The usual way
A new hire waits days for someone to set up five tools
With Mint
Invite them to Mint and they hold a seat the day they start
Reporting by location
See the whole business without losing the local view.
The total tells you how the agency is doing. The office tells you why. Start from the consolidated number and step down to an office, then to the producer behind it.

- An office filter on the dashboard and in reports
- Every office side by side with the consolidated total
- Clients and producers assigned to an office
Producers, teams and permissions
Everyone gets the access their job needs. Nothing more.
The owner builds the roles: producer, CSR, office manager, whatever your agency calls them. Each one is a set of permissions, and Mint checks them on the server on every request.
- A CSR works clients without seeing agency money
- Nobody can grant a permission they don’t have
- Active and invited people hold a seat; suspended people don’t
- The last active owner can’t be suspended

Administration
Set it up once. Every office runs it the same way.

Questions
What owners with more than one office ask
Can all our offices work in Mint today?
Yes. Mint runs one agency with as many people as you have seats, in as many places as they work. What is in development is the office itself as a concept: per-office numbers, filters and assignments.
Can a producer see only their own numbers?
Yes. Commissions and agency money follow the role. A producer can see their own commissions without seeing everyone else’s.
Can we limit a person to one office’s clients?
Not yet. Permissions are set by role across the agency today. Office-level permissions are planned, and we would like to hear how your offices split the work.
Do we pay per office?
No. Mint is priced by plan, not by office, and each plan includes a number of seats. There is no long-term contract.
Show us how your offices work.
We will walk through Mint with your structure in mind, and tell you exactly what is ready today.
